Everything was simply perfect. Overall it was a pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel. My room was newly remodelled, tidy and I met decent staff, we had great communication.

The hotel was old-fashioned, good services provided, perfect location close to everything. The staff was top-class, and requests were handled quickly. The room was cheap and magnificent. The breakfast was above average and there was plenty of good food. I liked my stay, it was very enjoyable❤

We had a luxurious stay at this special and professional hotel. Staff were smart and it was a decent location, good value. You could walk to shops and a Christmas market. Pool was lovely and there was a wonderful restaurant on site.

Staff and location - everything was so good. And it also had outstanding view. Walking distance to the markets and the shops across the street. There was an exceptional restaurant with wonderful meals. The gardens were nice here.

Just wonderful location, fairly clean, comfortable enough bed, beautiful staff. It was good to have welcome drinks in the piano bar. Lovely central hotel in a secure area of Brussels...
Sadly, there was no tea/coffee. Unfortunately wi-fi was poor. Well, the views were quite bad here.
